Welcome to ACME restaurant in NoHo, New York City! ACME, with new executive chef Brian Loiacono (formerly of Daniel Boulud’s Bistro Moderne) at the helm, with partners Jean-Marc Houmard, Jon Neidich and Huy Chi Le, is having a facelift. The restaurant brings Loiacono’s Italian-American heritage to the French bistro concept with flavorsome food in the great tradition of a classic NY neighborhood eatery. The bistro fare is complemented by a carefully curated cocktail list courtesy of Dev Johnson of Employees Only. Classics such as Negronis and Manhattans are revisited and there is a selection of new creations such as the French Breakfast (Cognac, Ginger, Lemon, Egg White) and the Primito (Mezcal, Grapefruit Cordial, Prosecco, Spice). Experienced Wine Director Nicole Hakli is devising a wine list featuring the best of the Old World from top French producers and good quality value wines at under $50. New additions include a selection of Barolos. Bonne dégustation NYC!
