Beer bar: amber, blonde, brown or white.

Catering is an artisanal activity providing unique experiences with food and beverage for events such as weddings, business meetings, exhibitions and other social occasions.

    Welcome to Maison Première restaurant in Brooklyn, NYC! Maison Premiere styles itself as an Oyster House and Cocktail Den, combining NYC and New Orleans with the traditions of France. The ambience is old-style hotel lobby meets Paris café and guests are encouraged to linger over oysters and absinthe or pastis. Both the oyster menu and absinthe list are impressive, with some thirty varieties of oyster, subject to season, and the largest selection of absinthes in the city. Marvel at the fountain which is a fully functional replica of the chilled water dispenser found in the Olde Absinthe House of New Orleans. Bon appétit New York City!

    If you go through Brooklyn, you must go through Maison Première. Address not to be missed where my girlfriend and I had a great time! The place and atmosphere are really nice, the dishes are quality. The dessert menu is just amazing. The mix seafood / cocktails is to die for. The place and service are very nice. I recommend the oyster bar and happy hour; I have rarely oysters as good I assure you ... It's a real crush that I recommend to all my friends! We are immersed in a pure colonial atmosphere that will remind you of New Orleans in New York!

    The seafood platter is a bit pricey considering the quantity. It's New York right!!!!!!
